When am I actually charged?
Only after your cleaner marks the job "completed." You can review the itemized total in the app before paying via Paystack or ExpressPay.

Are cleaners background-checked?
Cleaner profiles and the specific services they list are reviewed and approved by our team before they appear to customers. Approval can be revoked for policy violations.
